TECHNICAL AUDIT IN CONSTRUCTION
We provide a technical audit service to ensure compliance with the obligations assumed, looking after the interests of our client.
We supervise, we detect, we evaluate and inform possible economic and financial deviations, changes in documentation, compliance with technical specifications, control of execution schedules and we elaborate a test plan that will ensure compliance with the agreed standards.
At the beginning we will propose a methodology that will guide the audit process.
The service will have the scope defined together with our client.
If necessary, we will hire professionals from other disciplines and/or service companies to carry out tests on specific materials.
Service description
- Random or permanent review of the work, among which we consider to be the most important aspects:
- Inform the Client about the deviations that occur with respect to the original program, proposing the corrective measures that allow to overcome said situation.
- Review compliance with partial works milestones
- Review the control test execution plan of the contractor companies
- Selective and random inspection of Construction Procedures.
- Review of project modifications, based on the documentation that supports them that will be delivered by the contractors, with respect to quantities, unit prices, graphic diagrams of the changes made and the requested quotes.
- Review of payment certificates.
- Validity of guarantees and insurance. Monthly reports and monitoring of Project modifications.
